Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AIM EduVerse is an educational learning app developed and operated by Narendra Education Media. The app provides learning materials, quizzes, progress features, bookmarks, achievements, daily learning activities, and notifications for Class 9 and Class 10 students.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile photo, Google account identifier, and authentication information needed to keep you signed in securely.

Learning and profile information

We may store your selected class, learning progress, completed topics, quiz attempts and scores, bookmarks, achievements, streaks, XP, daily challenge or mission activity, and the time of relevant app activity.

Device and notification information

We may process a Firebase installation or notification identifier, IP address, user agent, basic device or app information, and diagnostic information needed to authenticate users, deliver notifications, maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues. We do not use this information to identify your precise location.

Information stored on your device

Some preferences and onboarding status may be stored locally on your device so the app can remember your choices.

3. How we use information

• To create and secure your account.
• To display the correct class, subjects, learning content, progress, and scores.
• To provide bookmarks, streaks, XP, achievements, daily activities, and leaderboards where available.
• To send important learning, announcement, and service notifications.
• To diagnose errors, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and support users.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Services that process data

We use service providers only where they help operate the app. These may include:

• Google Firebase for authentication, database services, cloud messaging, and related app infrastructure. See Firebase Privacy and Security.

• Cloudinary for delivery or storage of learning media such as images, documents, or videos. See the Cloudinary Privacy Policy.
• Device notification services to deliver notifications you allow.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell students’ personal information.

5. Data sharing

We do not publicly disclose personal learning records. Information may be shared with service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law, to protect users and the service, or during a legitimate business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

6. Children and students

AIM EduVerse is designed for school students. A student who is below the age at which they can provide valid consent under applicable law should use the app only with permission and guidance from a parent or legal guardian. We aim to collect only information reasonably needed to provide the learning service.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including secure service providers and encrypted network connections where supported. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their Google account and never share passwords or OTPs.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain account and learning information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve security or support issues, and meet legal obligations. After a verified deletion request, associated active account data will be deleted unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or provider backup cycles.

9. Your choices

• You may disable app notifications through your device settings.
• You may stop using the app and sign out at any time.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will show a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app where appropriate.
