1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using AIM EduVerse, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian should review and accept these terms with you. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Educational purpose

AIM EduVerse provides study materials, notes, diagrams, quizzes, progress tools, and related learning features. The app is a supplementary educational resource and does not replace official NCERT textbooks, classroom instruction, school guidance, or professional advice.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and use an account you are authorized to access.
• You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and activity under your account.
• You must notify support if you believe your account is being misused.
• You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, republish, sell, scrape, or commercially redistribute app content without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass security, interfere with the app, reverse engineer protected services, or gain unauthorized access.
• Manipulate quiz results, XP, leaderboards, streaks, or other progress systems.
• Upload, submit, or transmit harmful, illegal, misleading, or abusive material.
• Use the app in a way that harms students, other users, the service, or third parties.

5. Content and intellectual property

The app design, original explanations, graphics, quizzes, branding, software, and other original materials are owned by Narendra Education Media or used with permission. References to NCERT, school subjects, or third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

6. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep learning content useful and accurate, but errors or curriculum changes may occur. Students should verify important academic information with current official textbooks, teachers, and examination authorities. Features may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.

7. Notifications and external services

The app may send service, learning, update, challenge, or announcement notifications where permission has been granted. Some features rely on third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Cloudinary, device platforms, or linked resources, which may have their own terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect students, prevent abuse, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain service security. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific examination results, grades, rankings, or learning outcomes. Narendra Education Media will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app where such limitation is permitted by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect app changes, legal requirements, or improved protections. The updated version will show a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any mandatory consumer protections or rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
